  • Our shipping costs are based solely on the weight of the items purchased. The more items in your order, the higher the combined weight, and subsequently, the higher the shipping cost.
  • Distance from our shipping location in San Jose, CA, does not influence the shipping price. Regardless of where you're located within the United States, the shipping rate remains consistent based on the total weight of your order.

Shipping Areas:

  • At this time, Joey the Nomad only ships within the contiguous United States. Please check back for updates on potential future shipping expansions.

Processing and Shipping Times:

  • Each garment from Joey the Nomad is meticulously crafted to order. As such, please allow an estimated 2-3 business days for us to prepare and process your unique order.
  • After processing, the order will be shipped and should reach you within 3-7 business days. However, there might be occasional delays during times of heavy order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such scenarios.

Digital Products:

  • For digital products purchased from Joey the Nomad, there's no shipping wait time. Your order will be made available immediately upon purchase. Please check your email for the order fulfillment details and download instructions.

Returns & Issues:

  • If there's a problem or defect with an item you've purchased, we've got you covered. Joey the Nomad will bear the shipping cost for returning the affected item(s). Please email us at shop@joeythenomad.com for more information on initiating a return.
