Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you. To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please email us with a photo of the item and a description of the issue at shop@joeythenomad.com.
Size and Color Preferences: We understand that selecting the perfect size and color can be challenging online. We encourage you to carefully consult our sizing chart and product details before making a purchase. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to incorrect sizing or change in color preferences.
Return Process:
- Send us an email at shop@joeythenomad.com with the subject "Damaged/Defective Item Return" followed by your order number.
- Include clear photos of the damaged or defective areas of the item.
- Upon approval, we will provide you with return instructions.
Exclusions: Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please note that return shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by us.
